What happens to what you send

  • It is delivered to the developer as a message and read by a person. It is not stored in a database on this site.
  • Along with your text, the message carries what you chose to add: the topic, an optional rating, an optional way to reach you, and — when it is sent from inside Levix — the app version and where it is running. It also carries your browser or app user-agent, so a bug report says which device it came from. Your IP address is not part of it.
  • Leave the contact field empty and there is nothing in it that identifies you. Nothing from your WhatsApp account, chats or keys is ever included; see the privacy policy.
