Owner & bot control
Controls in the bot's owner hands: prefix, roles, WhatsApp blocking, restart and pause, keyword auto-delete.
Trusted commands, every one assigned OWNER_ONLY defaults from the bot's shipped config. The first WhatsApp number that pairs with the bot is its owner; add more owners or bot-admins with !perm (and from the panel).
